PARTITION WALLS





The cleanroom walls manufactured by Easypharma are made using innovative materials conceived for use in controlled contamination environments.

The “sandwich” panel can be realised with various components both for the external panelling and the internal insulation, which vary according to specific project requirements.

Easypharma cleanroom partition walls are designed to be integrated with rounded aluminium profiles, either surface-mounted or flush-fitted.

FLOOR FITTINGS





Coupling systems between the partition wall and the floor are made entirely in-house using corporate design profiles, they are produced by carefully following the GMP guidelines, the twenty years of experience in the design, production and installation of clean rooms. Attention to detail is a priority for a MADE IN ITALY design.



Clean Room Doors





The Easypharma clean room doors are made of a 45mm rounded extruded aluminium frame, the panel is made with the same sandwich as the partition walls, allowing total flush-fitting between the components and the wall itself.

The composition of the “sandwich” panel can be made with 4 mm thick external surfaces, to be chosen between the High Pressure Plastic Laminate (HPL) or Alubond (ALB).

Easypharma supplies different types of insulation for door panels: rock wool (RW), polystyrene (EPS), aluminium honeycomb (HC), polyurethane (PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR).



Glass view panels





A sheet of heavy gauge glass, laminated or tempered, characterised by absolute transparency and quality certified with 10 years warranty.

This is the Easypharma glass view panel: the best result between quality and design that we could achieve.

To further expand these viewing points and make our clean rooms even more “open” and bright, we have created glass panels, one or two metres in height, for uninterrupted continuous vision.

The glass panels are always produced with 45 mm thick double glazing completely flush with the surface of the partition walls or doors.



FALSE CEILING





The types of false ceilings for clean rooms created and produced by Easypharma make it possible to study and realise different controlled contamination environments.

They range from false ceilings with a visible 60mm aluminium frame, with panels surface-mounted or flush-fitted to aluminium profiles, to high-load false ceilings (walkable) with a concealed structure.

The modules are suitable for housing filters, grilles and lighting fixtures for each size.



Cleanroom LED Lighting Systems





Easypharma creates their lighting system LED panels specifically designed to ensure uniformity in light diffusion in just a few millimetres of thickness.

The lighting fixture has a protection rating of IP54 or IP65.

The installation of the LED points on the perimeter of the lamp guarantees a homogeneous luminous beam (130° angle) with a diffusing lens.

The perimeter frame is made from anodised aluminium which is then powder-coated.



Cleanroom Floorings





Easypharma designs and provides a specific supply and installation service, with specialised personnel, for floorings in clean rooms and controlled contamination environments.

Various solutions according the specific project requirements: PVC, LVT, or resin floorings.

All the products supplied meet all requirements of ISO standards and GMP standards and reduce the risk of contamination from volatile particles, which would compromise production.

The floor solutions mainly used in our projects to complete the clean room can be: in PVC or epoxy resin.



Material Pass Through Solutions





As an essential element in sterile production environments, quality control laboratories and goods flow areas.

Easypharma offers various Pass-Box and Pass-Trolley solutions with a vast array of optional accessories to deliver the right solution for every possible demand.

The germicidal treatment provided inside the Pass-Box and Pass-Trolley is generated by direct irradiation (programmable) with UV-C lamps, ensuring sterility on the surfaces reached and the surrounding air, in turn, previously filtered through absolute H14 filters.

An important advantage of this physical disinfection procedure is that bacteria, viruses, spores, fungi, moulds and mites are all sensitive to UV-C radiation, and consequently the microbial load on treated products is eliminated.



Cleanroom Furniture





A specific line of furniture and accessories for changing rooms in contamination controlled environments is essential so as to combine design and functionality which conforms with the required standards.
All the accessories are perfectly integrated within the Easypharma partition walls, or to be positioned on existing brick walls, and are the result of extensive research and selection of materials in terms of quality, reliability and ease of use.
The range consists of: lockers, benches and hand sanitising systems all available in different versions, colours and finishes.
